Price
Our pricing is simple, we charge £4.99 per day for as many or as few days as you would like. We aim to offer a very friendly, simple and cheap alternative for you to rent a bike box.
We also offer a special 10% discount on rental fees for local club members. (discount does not apply to delivery fee)

Delivery Options
We offer home delivery to a selection of London and Greater London post codes around Kingston-Upon-Thames. You can check if we can hand deliver to you by visiting the basket and using the shipping calculator. If we are unable to deliver to you, collection is available from our HQ in Kingston-Upon-Thames.

If you require delivery or collection outside of our opening hours then we can accommodate you. Bike boxes can be picked up or dropped off to our location in Teddington. If you require this service then please contact us on 07870409634 before booking a bike box.

Hiring Process
- Book through our online booking and payment system or call us to book over the phone. If the date is ‘green’ on the online booking calendar then this means that there are boxes are available.
- Once we have received your booking you will receive a confirmation email.
- On the day that the bike box is dropped of to you or you pick it up from our HQ, you will be required to bring two forms of identification, which will be photocopied. (e.g passport, driving license) and a £50 refundable in deposit in cash.
- On the day or the day prior to your rental commencing we will send you an email to reconfirm your booking and pick-up/delivery times (please check your spam folder if you have not received the email).
- When you return the bike box in working order your £50 deposit will refunded.
Personalised Service
– Short notice rentals, if you have forgotten to get a bike box organised and are going away in a couple of days, then do not worry, just send us a message or give us a call and we will try our best to get a bike box to you when you require one.
– Weekends, there is no rental to short. if you need a bike box for 2-3 days for a short weekend break then we can help you.
– Early morning/late night delivery and pick ups. if you selected hand delivery at checkout then tell us a time that you want us to deliver and pick up the bike box from you, or you can collect from our HQ in Kingston within any of our open times. If you cannot make it over within our open times then give us a call and we may be able to allow you to pick up or drop off at a different location outside of our opening times.
